I love this sampler, because it's pretty darn prim (only two colors, and lots of letters and free space). But also, it's really a Christmas sampler. A prim Christmas sampler. I love the black tree with golden lights. People used to put candles on their trees. That's crazy! But I bet it was so pretty. I hope you enjoy stitching this one. 
 
Please be aware that there are areas of over-one stitching and a few specialty stitches. The specialty stitches can be done as cross stitch, but the over-one might be trickier on Aida, if that's your fabric choice. Not impossible, just trickier.
