Friday, September 26:

Even though I'm in the mood for fall and Halloween, I got a design finished for Nashville market in the spring. It's hard to think of darling buds when I'm ankle-deep in walnut husks here in Pennsylvania.

Luckily for me, I did do some fun autumn-y things this week: I went out to Kutztown for their antique mall and farmer's market. I bought some LOVELY gourds and small pumpkins, delicious peaches, and perfect little strawberries. I found a few baskets. Did I tell you I've started collecting Longaberger baskets? I'm only like 30 years late to the game, but they are EVERYWHERE at the antique and vintage shops around here. I look for ones in new condition without the brass collector's medallions on them. I find them for $10-$25 each, and a dealer gave me a bang-up deal on three big baskets in Kutztown: just $45!

Thursday I went and hung out with some fellow crafters/stitchers at The Bee & The Bear in Hereford. Katie's shop is a DREAM to visit. I bought two pretty pieces of wool and a desk calendar for 2026 by Rifle Paper Company. One kind stitcher brought homemade coffee cake for everyone. This group has been meeting for many years, and I was flattered to be asked to come stitch.

Oh boy, my 2026 calendar is FILLING UP. I have some SUPER EXCITING retreats to do next year, some by myself, some with other designers. As always, stay tuned to my newsletter (see below, right for the sign up). In October I'll be at The Silver Needle in Tulsa and Stitches Unlimited in Lancaster (my local shop!)

Hope all is swell, and that you're finding time to stitch!!! - T

I don't carry anything I don't like -- truly! There are so many great designs, old and new, so many samplers to stitch, so many fabrics to fondle, and lots of great fibers, books, tools, trims, and more.... watch for more expansion of products  -- to not only include what's good in needlework, but what's good in .... well, being good!

You're going to love my flat shipping fees -- $5 in the U.S. Really! The more you buy, the better that deal gets, so get a clickin'.

Orders are always filled in the order they are received -- shipping waits can vary from one to seven days, depending on order volume. If you can add it to your cart and pay for it, that means that item is in stock and ready to ship to you (unless it's marked as a "preorder.") If you place an order and then see that an item is marked "out of stock," you probably purchased the last one. Items are subtracted from my inventory one-by-one as orders are placed.

I appreciate your business, support, friendship, and well-wishes. They keep me going day-after-day. Cheers! - Theresa
