This listing is for the chart AND the silk - Au Ver a Soie 946 (for stitching on 40 count, one strand over two). This is one of the largest samplers I have ever seen -- stitch count is 698 by 461!!! On 40 count, it will measure 35 by 23 inches, not including a framing allowance. Red silk is recommended, but you could also choose a favorite color (or do multiple colors!)
