The sampler measures 246 stitches wide by 316 stitches high.
It is stitched completely in cross stitch and suitable for linen and aida. The birds feature some large double-sized cross stitches which is described fully inside the chart.
The sampler is charted using DMC, as there is little variegation in colour. I would suggest using Raven, by The Gentle Art instead of the DMC 310 (black), as it is less stark in colour. The sampler has been charted for the faded colours on the front.
