Due to COVID, heavy volume, and other issues, shipping will sometimes take longer than usual (I use the USPS). This goes for US citizens and those abroad. I cannot see anything extra in tracking information, and there is nobody I can call to check on why your order is taking a while to get to you or to make it go faster. While I always make sure an order is "right" (and that you never have to pay for something that is permanently missing), in order for me to continue shipping packages, I need my sweet, sweet customers to be understanding with the process and be patient, realizing that receiving your package may get there in a few days, but sometimes it may take weeks or longer. In order for me to keep shipping abroad, I need my overseas customers to be especially patient.
