I spent part of last week nursing a summer cold -- aren't they the worst? And I felt like I needed to get something new out. So, on Saturday, I designed "This Land" (see above, left), then set to stitching it. I was finished stitching by Sunday afternoon. I did the finishing this morning, after a quick run to Hobby Lobby for foam core, did my photography, designed the cover, and hey! In just over two days -- new design! It really was fun to stitch, and brought back memories of when I was little, and we'd sing this old classic in music class:

"This land is your land, this land is my land
From California to the New York Island
From the redwood forest to the Gulf Stream waters
This land was made for you and me."

I have had the good fortune to see so much of America. I was born in New Jersey, and have lived in North Dakota, Minnesota, Mississippi, and now Pennsylvania. I have siblings in Washington state and California. My mom lives in South Carolina. I've taught and done shows in lots of places, and by the end of this year, I will have travelled (in 2025) to Tennessee, Wisconsin, Iowa, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and California.

Every state has its own special beauty, and Americans do, too! We all deserve life and liberty and the ability to pursue our own kind of happiness. My life is made better by not only those in my community, but by stitchers all over the states (and abroad). I am continually helped by others, and I hope I can be helpful to others, too.

Happy stitching! - Theresa

I don't carry anything I don't like -- truly! There are so many great designs, old and new, so many samplers to stitch, so many fabrics to fondle, and lots of great fibers, books, tools, trims, and more.... watch for more expansion of products -- to not only include what's good in needlework, but what's good in .... well, being good!

You're going to love my flat shipping fees -- $5 in the U.S. Really! The more you buy, the better that deal gets, so get a clickin'.
Orders are always filled in the order they are received -- shipping waits can vary from one to seven days, depending on order volume. If you can add it to your cart and pay for it, that means that item is in stock and ready to ship to you (unless it's marked as a "preorder.") If you place an order and then see that an item is marked "out of stock," you probably purchased the last one. Items are subtracted from my inventory one-by-one as orders are placed.

I appreciate your business, support, friendship, and well-wishes. They keep me going day-after-day. Cheers! - Theresa
